Enquiries and client information
We collect the contact details, project information and optional files you submit to review your enquiry and respond to you. Enquiries and files are stored privately in Lovable Cloud and are accessible only to authorised studio administrators. Private client projects are restricted to their respective clients and authorised administrators.
The Sybelle Journal
When you join the list, we record your email address, optional first name, consent wording and version, signup time and signup source. Your details are used for occasional Sybelle Design newsletter emails. Signups are currently saved pending email-service setup; no confirmation email is sent yet. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting design@sybelle.co.nz. Future newsletters will include an unsubscribe link.
Browser preferences and counts
We store newsletter popup preferences in your browser to avoid repeat prompts after dismissal or signup. We record daily totals for popup displays, dismissals and completed signups, without attaching newsletter contact details to those counts. Hashed email and network identifiers are used for discreet submission rate limiting. No third-party advertising trackers are added for this signup.
Your choices
Contact design@sybelle.co.nz to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or to withdraw newsletter consent. We keep information only for the purpose for which it was supplied and review deletion requests individually. We do not sell subscriber details.
